Changing how I coped with mental and behavioral health challenges meant breaking old habits of isolation and self-reliance. Through honesty, openness, and support, I found balance and resilience. Now, as a Peer Recovery Specialist, I’m here to help guide other women on their path to recovery and transformation.

Assisting women in achieving their goals and outcomes might include experiential sharing, coping tools, techniques, resources and referrals. Each person is unique.
